Sarah Lechowich serves as the senior director of Construction Careers Foundation (CCF), focusing on creating and implementing programs that result in sustainable wages and positive community impacts.   Before joining CCF Sarah worked as the program director for Trading UP, a commissioner for the City of Saint Paul Human Rights & Equal Economic Opportunity commission (HREEO), and as an adjunct faculty member with North Hennepin Community College.
