Natalie Compart, Southern Agricultural Center of Excellence Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator. Compart has been with MN State for 3 years and has helped the Agricultural Center of Excellence educate thousands of students across the state about career pathways in the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources industry. The Agricultural Centers of Excellence strive to connect education to industry. Natalie grew up in rural Minnesota on a small farm and is the 6th generation in her family to pursue a career in agriculture. She is passionate about the industry and sharing its importance with others. Natalie currently lives in Mankato with her husband a twin 5 month old boys.
