With a 20-year track record in economic data analysis, Rachel’s national and state-level labor market analysis has helped shape and inform education and workforce policies at both the state and federal levels. Rachel is passionate about data transparency and data-driven policy development that lead to inclusive workforce policy solutions and equitable outcomes for workers. Rachel has authored numerous publications and is the author of National Skills Coalition’s monthly workforce data blog.
