Join professional chef and nutrition educator Jenny Breen for a quick breakfast that can double as a farm to school/food systems lesson. Never miss an opportunity to make connections between the food we eat and the amazing array of people, jobs, and plants it takes to get our food to us. From farmers and producers to distributors and chefs, to nutritionists and educators, cooking is a way to make the connections.
Jenny will demonstrate a simple chilaquiles dish-egg, tortillas, black beans and salsa.
