Although the discussion of career readiness often focuses on student preparation, employer partnerships with career development and higher education serve a pivotal role in creating equitable outcomes. This presentation examines strategies taken by Hennepin Technical College's Student Life and Career Development department to provide access, support and guidance to employer partners to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces through internships and partnership activities.
