ISD 917 and Lab Midwest/Amatrol worked together to create a Mechatronics program for high school students. This program provides virtual learning modules, hands-on projects, and classroom trainers to practice skills. Mechatronics is in many industries and is a growing field. Electrical components skills, industry safety, fluid power, hydraulics, construction design, and assembly line performance are all explored. Hear how we developed the program with support of industry, teacher training, and new licensure for staff.
