For adult learners living within complex intersectionalities, gaining access to higher education and meaningful employment is often hindered by systems that unintentionally isolate, pressure, and presume things about adult learners. At the International Institute of Minnesota, our Hospitality Career Pathway and College Readiness Academy programs create a community of support by addressing the whole student through innovative coursework and navigation support.
