In spring 2020, the Minnesota IT Center of Excellence piloted a Career Readiness Curriculum and Digital Badging program at five Minnesota State campuses. Students in nine different technology courses, at community colleges and universities, completed experiential learning modules by submitting videos of their communications and teamwork skills. This session will review the results of the pilot, and provide lessons learned on how to incorporate soft skills education, student-submitted video, and badging into technology courses.
