Hello All! I'm public affairs researcher with over ten years of experience in nonprofit and public sectors that span community development, adult basic education, job development, and interpretive planning. I am currently a Research Analyst for RealTime Talent. I work on projects to understand statewide and local workforce needs by collecting data, designing surveys/focus groups, and analyzing and visualizing data. I'm passionate about advancing racial equity in our public institutions, including our K-12 education system and higher education.
